What is Energy Edge?
Energy Edge is a sports drink that is scientifically designed to help maintain energy levels throughout the activity, whilst replenishing important electrolytes lost through sweat.

When do I take Energy Edge?
Given that EE is designed using two types of Carbohydrates, one that releases faster into the blood stream for the production of energy than the other, you need to start sipping it 30 minutes before the activity and finish it during the activity.

How much water must I mix Energy Edge with?
For each sachet, mixing its contents with a glass of water (150 ml) would maintain its Isotonic State.

What is an Isotonic state?
The Isotonic state is when the carbohydrate concentration level in the drink is 7-8%, helping the body to quickly absorb the nutrients.

Even if I don’t exercise is it okay for me to consume Energy Edge?
EE can be consumed any time you feel tired and need a boost of energy.

I am a house wife, and do not go to a gym, how many sachets must I consume?
A single sachet in a glass of water can be taken during or after a bout of work.

If I train for over 2 hours a day, how much must I consume?
Four sachets.

I go to the gym to lose weight. If I consume Energy Edge will I increase weight?
Movement is what helps burn fat calories, but if you are too tired to challenge you body to exercise or to finish the workout, you will burn less fat. EE helps keep your energy levels up, thereby helping you maintain your exercise intensity.

What difference will I feel when I train with Energy Edge?
The difference will be substantial. You will find that you can keep on exercising without become tired.

I walk daily for exercise. Would taking Energy Edge help me?
Yes. It will help you walk further and at a higher intensity.

Can I increase my weight when I take Energy Edge?
Not while using the recommended dosage levels stated.

Can women and children also consume Energy Edge?
Yes.

Why do I sweat more when I take Energy Edge and exercise?
The more energy you have, the more you will find yourself challenging you body to workout harder. An increase in intensity will always increase your core body temperature which will trigger off the body’s cooling mechanism, sweating.

Are there any side effects?
Not at the recommended dosage.

Do I need a doctor’s advice before taking Energy Edge?
